Below is an overview of what video specs you should be using across Instagram.
In-Feed Video Specs
Instagram now allows you to post landscape, square, and portrait images.
If you’re shooting content using the in-app camera or your smartphone camera, you won’t need to worry about dimensions. If you’re using other equipment, follow these guidelines:
- Minimum resolution (landscape): 600×315
- Minimum resolution (square): 600×600
- Vertical video: 600×750
