You might need to give another user management rights so they can manage Assets, upload files, manage users, run reports, etc.
In Admin, click Users in the main left hand menu.
Then click Users.
Search for the email address/name or company of the User for whom you want to change the management rights.
Click on the User’s icon or email address or anywhere in the row to display the Users page.
Once the User Profile page is displayed, click the Edit button at the top right.
Then select the appropriate Role (e.g., Admin) that you want to apply to the User.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Please Note:
The role change will be instant, but the user may need to reload the site if they are currently logged in. Brandkit will NOT notify the user of a changed role. Owner and Admin role users have access to everything in the system except items managed by Brandkit Support staff.
