How do I give a user Admin or Management rights?
You might need to give another user management rights so they can manage Assets, upload files, manage users, run reports, etc.
- In Admin, click Users in the main left hand menu.
- Then click Users.
- Search for the email address/name or company of the User for whom you want to change the management rights.
- Click on the User’s icon or email address or anywhere in the row to display the Users page.
- Once the User Profile page is displayed, click the Edit button at the top right.
- Then select the appropriate Role (e.g., Admin) that you want to apply to the User.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Please Note:
The role change will be instant, but the user may need to reload the site if they are currently logged in. Brandkit will NOT notify the user of a changed role. Owner and Admin role users have access to everything in the system except items managed by Brandkit Support staff.
