How do I delete a User (Admins)
In Brandkit, there are two ways to remove a user who no longer needs access.
Suspend a User
Suspending a user can be a temporary or permanent measure, often used if a user misbehaves, downloads too much data, is suspected of being a bad agent, or their tenure at the company concerned ends.
Suspending prevents the user from registering again with the same email address, effectively blocking them from logging in.
Delete a User
Deleting a user complies with GDPR privacy regulations and removes all private or personal data, except for the email address and anonymised transfer history. This ensures Brandkit reports and statistics remain accurate.
Note: A user can download their personal data and transaction history and delete their account themselves, or an admin can do it for them upon request, in compliance with GDPR.
How to Suspend a User
In Admin (Admins only):

- Click the user Avatar or email to view their pofile
- Click the Suspend Access button

The user will now be Suspended and will see a suspension message when attempting to log in or register.
Can I Un-suspend a User?
Yes, you can un-suspend a user at any time by reversing the process above by clicking the Restore Access button and confirm.
