A personal message and 2024 wrap-up.
As 2024 comes to an end, I wanted to send you all a personal note reflecting on the year past at Brandkit, and our journey to become an even stronger partner to you and your brand.
We are privileged to serve you, our customers and your users globally at Brandkit, whether that’s small local brand, or a large international brand, either directly, or through agency/reseller.
This opportunity is what gets us excited to come to work every day at Brandkit.
As we started this year, our focus at Brandkit was to:
Migrate and switchover all customers to the new Brandkit 2 platform
Brandkit 2 is a vastly improved, faster, and in many ways a simpler platform. It replaces the original Brandkit launched in 2016.
We made it - just in the (Saint) nick of time (the goal of getting everyone switched over) - with the last customer switching over last week.
This has been a major effort from our team, and you our customers to get your head around the changes, and new ways of doing things. Thank you for your patience and time. We’re confident you will enjoy the new platform.
And now we can switch our focus to adding new features - and we have a few lined up for 2025.
Start the move to AI
AI has been around for some time embedded quietly in systems we have used for years.. There seems little doubt that a new human user interface (the chatbot) has arrived and is being adopted signaling an imminent shift in the UI we all use everyday. This shift will lead to many changes yet to be seen - but one thing is for sure, users and companies will expect more automation in everything they do.
So this year we have embedded and integrated the worlds fastest growing AI service - OpenAI (aka ChatGPT). Auto-tagging, Auto-descriptions are now running on OpenAI 4o and are amazingly good already. For 2025 we have a number of new AI driven features coming. Watch this space.
Simplify our plan offerings
We love simplification, We’ve aimed to simplify plans to make them easier to understand and reduce surprises and bill shocks.
We announced and launched simplified packages, bundling more of our services - no more per seat subscription pricing - everything is now based on Usage.
Offer more value to customers
This includes adding features that customers value, many small improvements to features, and moving to usage based pricing.
There have been hundreds of these small improvements throughout the year, and they will of course continue in 2025, as we continue to refine and improve.

It’s been a busy year.
Thank you for your support and feedback throughout; we know change is not always easy, even with the promise of something better in the future. We are listening, and will keep listening to your feedback as we go, and strive to keep getting better, as a platform for your brand and marketing content.
