Brandkit Platform Tour: Email
Email tools
Every Brandkit includes email tools to communicate with your users and subscribers including a branded HTML email template, automatic system notifications, a custom email composer, and email history in each user's audit trail.
Custom HTML Email Template
Each customer gets a custom HTML template, featuring branding, colours, and a footer. This HTML template is used for system notification emails, and for custom emails written in the email composer.

Automated system notifications
Brandkit sends several automated notifications by email to users, triggered by activity in the system. For example, when someone registers as a user, or wants to reset their password, or when someones shares or transfers Assets, or when there are new Assets, and several more.

Send custom emails
You can use the Send Email feature to write and send emails to individual email addresses, users by role, all your opted in subscribers, or all your users. The WYSIWYG email composer makes it super easy to select your audience, write your email with a Markdown based WYSIWYG editor (including the ability to insert images directly from the DAM). And once you've sent out your emails, we'll record the send history in each User's activity audit trail. That's pretty awesome.

Email Send History
For every custom email you send, we'll record the send in each users' activity audit page. Making it easy to see when a user was sent an email. However we don't add tracking pixels to our emails, nor attempt to measure open rates. (Here's why).
