Improved Metadata Export for Brandkit (Brandkit 1)
We’ve improved Asset Metadata Export.
When Exporting Metadata for a large library, it can take a long time to generate the CSV (which is then emailed to you).
Now you can elect to export the last 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000 or All assets (as seen in the screenshot below).
This is a much better way to do it. Typically the use case is that you’ve uploaded say 30 new images, so you’ll want the last 50 assets option. This will generate quickly so that you’ll be able to keep working without delay.
The extra 20 rows in this example will be helpful - as it will show you how Metadata has been applied to other assets.
Once you’ve edited your CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, your Import will also be much faster as you’ll be uploading only a subset of the Assets (e.g. 50 rows).
Enjoy :)
