How to export a list of users ?

You can export a list of users as a .csv file from the User page in the Admin area.

In Admin

1. Click Users in the left hand menu to display the Users page.
2. Click the grteen Download CSV button to generate and download a csv file, with a row per user.

What next

Once downloaded yopu could:

• Open the .csv file in MS Excel or Google Sheets and manipulate or analyse
• You could upload to ChatGPT (or some other AI) and then interogate the user data via chat
• You could import into an email marketing tool or CRM

Export via Integration

We can also export users with an integration via our API and Zapier to another tool you use.

For example: we have customers integrating with Email Marketing automation tools, that send an introductory email, whenever a user registers.

The Brandkit API can serve basic user data and it’s also possible with a custom integration to serve activity data (such as Downloads, Shares, etc).
