How to Approve your Assets

Note: You need Admin access to use this feature.

By default, all new Assets have their Status set to Draft. You need to Approve your Assets before they become available in the Portal. This is a simple but important security measure and workflow. The Approve button is available in two places in Admin.

1. Approve One Asset at a Time from the Asset Detail Page (Admin Interface)

1. In Admin, navigate to any Unapproved Asset’s detail page.
2. Click the Change State button and then Approve in the Asset Status Lozenge (Orange) at the top of the Asset Page. The Status Lozenge will turn to Green (Active)

*Note: To unapprove the same Asset again, click the Aszset State button again and select Unapprove.

2. Batch Approve from the Basket (Admin Interface)

1. In Admin, select some Unapproved Assets.
2. Open the Basket (Side Panel) by clicking on the Basket icon.
3. Click the Edit button
4. Click the Approve button to instantly approve all the selected Assets at once.

Note: To undo (with the same selection in the Basket), click the Unapprove button.
