Reviewing and Managing shares

You can view and manage and view your account's Shares.

You will need to be logged in as an Admin and vieiwing the Admin interface (not the Portal interface). 

  1. Click Reports > Active Shares/Sends/Downloads/Requests in the main menu
  2. Navigate to the Share you wish to View or Manage
  3. Choose to Preview (see the landing page the recipient sees), View Request (see and process the Request - if a Request.) or Delete (to delete the request/share without further correspondence).
