Can I hide approved assets from the Portal?

Yes you can hide Approved/Active assets from the Portal by setting Visibility: Not visible in the Portal.

  1. Navigate to an Asset’s detail page in Admin
  2. Click Edit Metadata
  3. Scroll down to the Visibility field and select either (Visible in Portal (default), Not visible in Portal)
  4. Save

Why is my approved Asset not visible in the Portal?

Assets will not appear in the Portal if they have one of the following Status

  • Draft
  • Expired
  • Not yet reached Release date
  • Archived
  • Deleted

Or

  • Has Visibility set to Do not display in Portal
