Q: Are Unlimited Users really Unlimited?

Yes indeed.

We realize many of our Customers, have a lot users who only visit once or twice, at best occasionally - making per-user pricing an expensive option.

Instead of charging for users, we charge based on Usage irrespective of the number of users.

Usage is the sum of:

  1. Storage in GB
  2. Uploads in GB
  3. Downloads in GB
  4. CDN traffic in GB

The exception to this is the Team edition designed for small teams (we do charge per User for this plan).
