Q: Why are my emails not being translated?
If you have a multi-lingual capability enabled for your Brandkit account (requires the Multi-lingual Add-on), emails sent from your Brandkit account are translated (or not) based on the Language preference saved in the Profile of each user.
Users can set their preference by selecting a Language option in the main menu of the Portal. This saves the selection in the Users Profile page, until they select a different language preference.

Emails are then sent using the preferred language of the receiver (as shown in their My Profile).
