There is no batch edit of Asset Names once uploaded to Brandkit.

To edit an Asset’s name

  1. In Admin, Navigate to the Asset Page
  2. Click the Edit metadata button on the right.
  3. Edit the Asset Name
  4. Save.
Brandkit How to change Asset Name

(Fig: Two screenshots showing where to edit Asset Name in Brandkit Admin)

The Asset Name will be updated and is displayed everywhere the Asset Name is shown (Asset Grid, Asset Page, Download and Share dialogues, Reports, etc).

It will also now be used as the file name when downloaded (with the unique Brandkit Asset ID appended to the beginning of the downloaded filename).

No batch editing of Asset Names

You cannot batch edit Asset Names - it’s one at a time - so we recommend if possible that you name files correctly before upload.
