OM4.5: Admin > Users > Batch edit role

Brandkit Staff only

Batch edit role lets you update the role of multiple users at once — useful when onboarding a large group, restructuring access levels, or migrating users to a new role configuration.

Admin > Users > Batch edit role

How to use it

  1. Users > Batch edit role
  2. Filter to find the users you want to update
  3. Choose the new role from the Select a Role dropdown
  4. Click Change Role to apply

All selected users are updated to the new role immediately.

Important notes

  • Role changes take effect immediately — users will see updated access permissions on their next page load or login.
  • Batch edit role changes all selected users to a single role. If you need to assign different roles to different users, run separate batch edits for each role.
  • Changes cannot be undone in bulk — review your selection carefully before applying.
