Video Embeds now in Brandkit

Admins can now embed Videos (in addition to images) on any website or email using the Embed function in Brandkit.
Note that Embeds must be enabled in your Account settings.

(Fig: Screenshot of the Asset page in Admin showing the Embed button)
When embedded, videos are requested from Brandkit’s dedicated Video CDN (CDN2) for low-latency, fast loading and low cost videos in your website, emails, etc.
All video embeds are 720p mp4 files.
Embed example
The following playable video is an embedded video, inserted into this post using the simple HTML code option (this consists a standard HTML video element with video src and poster image)
(Fig: Example video embed from the City of Launceston’s Brandkit - see it embedded at the Launnie Place Brand Toolkit)
Usage will be tracked in Brandkit Analytics and displayed on your Reporting Dashboard in Brandkit.
Note that video traffic from embeds may impact your usage and may lead to additional usage fees.
Embeds must be enabled
Embeds do impact your Usage and therefore has a cost implication potentially, particularly for high traffic websites and video embeds. So the feature is off by default, and must be enabled in your account settings.
We recommend a brief discussion with you your Brandkit contact or support to discuss any usage implications of enabling.
Enjoy :)
