Q. How do I cancel my user account and my personal data?

If you (as a registered user) want to cancel your user account, for a Brandkit powered Brand Portal and delete your personal private data, you can do so by logging in and canceling your account.

1. Login to the Brandkit account in question (e.g. acme.brandkit.com, toolkit.acme.com, etc)
2. Navigate to your My Profile page under the Me menu in the top right site nav.

3. On your My Profile page, scroll down to the bottom and click the Cancel my account link.

4. Confirm - by entering your registered email address and clicking the Cancel account button.

Notes:

• User deletion retains anonymised transfer data and statistics to maintain reporting accuracy. The user is fully removed from the system and can no longer login, and will no longer receive emails.
• If you are a registered user for more than one Brandkit account (e.g. alpha.brandkit.com, toolkit.beta.com, etc) - you will have to repeat this in each account.
