OM3.7: Admin > Assets > Batch Edit
Overview
Batch Edit is a limited feature that lets you Approve, Unapproved, Archive or Restore from Archive large selection of Assets without having to use the Basket.
Warning: Use this feature carefully. As there may be unintended consequences.
How to use it
Navigate to Admin > Assets > Batch Edit
- Use filters and search to find the assets you want to update
- Be sure to check that all the Assets in the the Search Results are the Assets that you want to apply the changes to.
- Choose the Action button below (e.g. Approve, Unapproved, etc ) to apply the change
