## OM7 — Admin > Settings
The Settings section is where Owners and Admins configure how the Brandkit account behaves — from company details and branding defaults, through to security, permissions, and integrations.
Settings is organised into the following areas:
- General — core account details
- Access — Set whether your account is publicly accessible (Pro and Enterprise Editions only)
- Account connections — used for Syndication between accounts (Advanced feature)
- Automation — Configure AI and AI powered workflows
- Branding - configure basic Portal branding
- Collections (Albums) — configuration settings for Collections (aka Albums)
- Contributions — configuration for user-submitted contributions
- Conversions — configuration for image download conversions
- Credits — a database of Credits where you can add and edit Credit Profiles.
- Downloads — configuration for download prefix and behaviour
- Email — configure your email templates and sending settings
- Feedback survey — configure feedback survey options
- Filters — add and edit search filters
- Forms — custom form configuration (e.g. Intended Use / download forms / request forms, etc)
- Galleries — configuration account design defaults for your Galleries
- Import metadata — an advanced feature to import and edited metadata export to bulk update Assets.
- Licences — configuration for your Asset Licences.
- Locations — Add/Edit your Locations, set defaults, etc
- Notifications — configuration of system notifications
- Requests — configuration for Requests (use a custom Request Form)
- User attributes — custom fields collected on user profiles
- User authentication — login and authentication methods (SSO, password rules, etc.)
- User roles — configuration of individual user roles abilities and permissions per role and vault
- User role groups — grouping of roles for personalisation
- Vaults — add /edit / delete Vaults
- Watermark — watermark configuration applied to assets
Navigate to any of these via Admin › Settings › [item name].
